certify the plans meet the Florida Building Code.

efficiency and calculation professional to rate the home for
Florida’s Energy Code requirements.
• A truss
engineer or manufacturer to create and prepare fully documented
designs for all floor and roof trusses.
• A registered
surveyor to survey the site, layout the house on the owners
lot, and certify foundation and final building surveys.
• And when
required or requested, we have Landscape Architects and Interior
Merchandising experts to complete the owners' design ideas
from the inside out.
Coquina's expertise will guide you through the complex process
of building, coordinating site preparation, drafting, design,
subcontracting, pricing, negotiating, permitting, and construction.
