A native Floridian and longtime resident of Flagler
Beach, Barbara has owned and operated Coquina for over
25 years. Barbara has been active as a member of the
Flagler County Advisory Boards and served twice as President
of the Flagler Palm Coast HBA. She also is past President
of the Association of Realtors, and Flagler County Chamber
of Commerce. Barbara served on the Governor's
Fiscal Impact Analysis Group and the Affordable Housing
Study Commissions. She served as 2001 President of the
Florida HBA and is currently representing Florida and
Puerto Rico on the National Association of Home Builders
Executive Committee. Barbara's extensive background
in land use, planning, affordable housing, growth management,
and construction can be a great asset in the completion
of your real estate or construction project.

Matthew, a Florida native, provides dedicated professional real estate services to his customers. Whether seeking residential re-sale, new-build or commercial investment property, Matthew’s background and experience combine to his customer’s benefit. Matthew has served as President of the Flagler County Association of Realtors in 2000 and 2003. This 2000 "Realtor of the Year" is licensed as both a Real Estate Broker/Salesman and Real Estate Instructor and has also served as Chairman of the Flagler County Visions 2020 board for five years. Matthew’s mission is, "To provide the highest quality real estate experience for my customers. Linda started her real estate career in 1978 in Flagler
Beach. She went on to get her Broker’s license
in 1980. She has had a very diversified career in real
estate, from new development sales to property management
and general real estate. She was also the Vice President
and Broker for World Wide Resorts, Inc. in Fort Walton
Beach. Linda lives in Flagler Beach and specializes
in beach side property, including Flagler’s newest
condos; Marina Bay and South Beach. Let Linda’s

Being a native of Flagler County gives Rachael the edge. She knows the County and has a tremendous network of people, both in and out of Flagler County. Rachael is happily married to Bill and they have two children.
Rachael's background is banking, marketing and construction. With extensive knowledge of finance, lending and general banking operations, she is able to walk her clients through the entire process of their property transaction. When dealing with a person's property, every transaction is unique and requires someone that has a "can do" approach. Rachael understands every person has their own interests and goals therefore everything is possible and every transaction is different. Rachael's motto is "ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE." |

Maria Aguiar moved to Flagler County in 1980 from Connecticut. Since moving here she and her husband have raised three children and are now the proud grandparents of four grandchildren.
Maria retired from IT&T – Travel Services after over twenty years. Upon retirement Maria pursued her real estate license and has worked since full-time in real estate; specializing in residential properties and vacant land.
